Properties kept in show home conditions
Your property will be kept in an immaculate condition when you have us as your corporate client. There will be at least once a week cleaning and monthly inspections of the property making sure it is in good shape and minor repairs can be taken care of as well.

We are always looking for properties with the potential to add value. If you have any problem properties, bring them to us and we will give you an offer

Contract support
We use your property for a company let for our corporate clients means we will not be signing AST, but a management agreement or corporate let agreement. We are happy to use your Company Let agreement but we will change ‘employees’ to ‘clients’.
